1. Curry leaves
Most of the time, we take the curry leaves and throw away the curry leaves and small middle leaves. But in Ayurveda, most of the powder, kalka and kashaya are used for curry leaves. Never throw away this leaves. When adding curry leaves to the broth, put a small pinch on top. It adds a new flavor and also increases the quality.
2. Gotu Kola roots
When the vines bring the gotu kola, we take the leaves and throw away the roots. This is the most valuable part of the gotu kola plant that you throw away. Wash the gotu kola root well to remove the soil and finely chop it along with the leaves. It gives incredible benefits.
3. Coconut water
We break the coconut and pour the coconut water into the sink. Later, we go to take medicine for gastritis at night. Did you know??? 4. Pumpkin seeds
Often, pumpkin seeds are removed when cooking pumpkin fish. But if you know about Ayurveda and nutrition, you will never remove these pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds have amazing properties that reduce cholesterol and brighten the body. Roast them like cashews. Or fry them. Or just eat them. They are amazing.
5. Cucumber pulp
There is nothing more beneficial for intestinal ulcers and gastritis problems. Therefore, when making the salad the next day, do not remove the cucumber pulp. Make it at the same time. Or peel it and eat it at the same time. In the past, we used to feed this to children in our homes. If possible, just eat a cucumber. It is a very good and refreshing tonic..
6. Beetroot leaves
The benefits of beets are in these leaves. So the next day, when you eat beets, take the leaves along with them. Cut them finely with the leaves and tubers. It is very tasty. Or add oil to the leaves. Anyway, eat these leaves. It is a golden leaf that is very good for the eyes and increases blood flow in the body.
7. Barley seeds
Often, barley is cooked and the barley water is taken and the barley seeds are removed. But barley seeds are very powerful for constipation, as well as for removing waste, reducing sugar levels, reducing cholesterol, and healing wounds in the intestines. So, blend them with the barley seeds and drink them. Or, put the barley seeds in a separate dish and eat them.
